Intriguing and curious title, I think I saw Room at the Top years ago but was unfamiliar with this book and movie. I have a few Great Pan books which made it over to this side of the Atlantic.
I don't know what I'd think of the book now but I'm sure I'd still like the film. Both made a big impression on me as a young teenager in 1960.
