Adams really captured a great range of tones and detail. I regret that I have not been to Yosemite. Funny how we often neglect things in our own backyard (more or less).
Your right about Adams,he always gives you a great photograph. I looked it up on Google and found a colour shot of the Monolith but it doesn't have the magnificence on Adams' photo.
