    Mitch Mitchell, the drummer for the Jimi Hendrix Experience, died in Portland in 2008.

    Hendrix one of my fave musicians of course.

      I didn't know Mitch Mitchell died in Portland, seems strange somehow. Love Hendrix's music, as I said above, a great musician.
